Description of products
At MILESIM we endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, the description of a wine is inevitably a subjective matter and, therefore, may depend on the individual perceptions of each customer.
Product availability
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable at the particular time you place your order, we will contact you immediately to suggest a replacement product or to reimburse you with the relevant amount.
Transport
To guarantee a satisfactory experience from start to finish, we only work with reputable transport companies. All consignments are suitably protected in cardboard boxes.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 18.00.
We are unable to deliver products to PO Box addresses.
Exchanges and refunds
If a product arrives damaged as a result of transport, we will send you a replacement product or give you a full refund. If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, we will send you the correct products or give you a full refund. In this case, MILESIM will meet all extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, disturbed or handled in any way.
Please note: to process any exchange or refund it is essential that you contact us within the maximum period of five working days following receipt of the order.
Age restrictions
It is against the law in Spain to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
