Wine Storage

A few tips on the best way to store your wine:

1. Try not to open bottles the moment they arrive. Give them a few days rest.

2. Keep in the dark (or at least out of direct sunlight), away from vibration and at a constant temperature. It is not important what this temperature is as long as it does not exceed about 18°C (65°F), drop to freezing, or fluctuate wildly.

3. If keeping wine more than six months, bottles should be laid down to avoid the possibility of corks drying out.

If you are not fortunate enough to have a suitable cellar in your house, for long term storage we recommend that you invest in a refrigerated wine cellar.
