Attractive and sensual with beautiful notes of ripe yellow fruits and exotic fruits (mandarin and grapefruit), together with sweet notes (jasmine, white chocolate). On the palate it offers good softness with mineral lash, with a citrus and saline finish.

Soil Type Volcanic, clay, rich in minerals.
Vinification Harvest from the middle of October by hand, soft pressing of the whole grape. Fermentation in oak barrels for 16 days at 18ºC.
Refining Matured in oak barrels for 12 months, with no movement, then in stainless steel vats for a further 6 months. One single filtration then bottled and matured for 6 months more.
Serving Temperature 13/14 °C
Gastronomic Accompaniment Best accompanying meat main courses such as lamb, beef and rabbit. Ideal with matured cow’s milk and sheep’s milk cheeses.
