Golden in colour, captivating and delicious, with sweet notes of honey and apricot jam, mixed with fresh notes of exotic fruits (pineapple and mango). On the palate it is soft and velvety, with balanced sweetness, offering a fresh and pleasant mineral tone.

Soil Type Volcanic, clay, not very deep earth.
Vinification Harvest from the middle of September, careful selection by hand. Fermentation with natural yeasts in barrels for 25-30 days at 14/16ºC.
Refining Matured in barrels for 16 months with its sediment, unmoved by stirred repeatedly. Only one filtration before being bottled. Aged 6 months in the bottle.
Serving Temperature 14/15ºC
Gastronomic Accompaniment A great wine just to drink and relax. Goes well with savoury and flavoursome cheeses. Perfect with biscotti.
